• Removals are NOT free

• 15 minute grace period, otherwise a $20 fee will be added

• No call, no show = no future bookings

• Any appointments outside normal hours will be an additional $45

• Rescheduling allowed before 48 hrs 

• I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
